I'll try. On the upper right corner, it should say, "Dashboard". Click on that.
Look for "Manage Blog" and click on "Layout."
On the right, clock on "Add a page element"
From there, scroll through the selections and follow the instructions.
One the Layout page, you can move things around.

You can watermark your designs. Most photo programs have that option.
